Tadpat on the way

Hey there!
Guatemala is beautiful!
We started in Flores when we came from Belize. There we had incredible sunsets at the lake. Also we went into jungle surrounded Tikal. Climbing a 70 meter high Pyramid and overlooking the jungle was impressive! And when we left the park, we heard a wild (big) cat roaring pretty close! Scary but great!
The next stop was Lanquin. A small town in the mountains but quite touristy because of the beautiful Semuc Champey! After Lanquin and Semuc Champey we went to Antigua. A beautiful small city surrounded by 3 vulcanoes. One of it activ all day long. And we could see it out of our kitchen! But because that was not enough for us, we went up the unactiv vulcano next to it and sleeping there for one night. It was AMAZING. We call it vulcano TV and you can't get enough of it!
We also went for some days to Lago Atitlan and Chichicastenango but our absolut favourit is Antigua! Great!

Now we're in El Salvador and see what we're gonna do here! El Salvador is still quite untouristy, so it might be that from time to time we don't have internet access!

Hi everybody,
We arrived in Corozal, Belize. Again we did Couchsurfing but we couldn't find the place. In Belize it's fairly easy to ask for the way because everybody speaks english! WHAT? :-)
When we were asking for the 4th time it was a older couple from UK and they gave us a lift!
The next day, because we didn't like the place (full of mosquitos and far from city center) we went to an other family who offered us the night before that we can stay with them. Really nice experience because we all were behaving like a family. That's how we experienced the belizean way of life!

After Corozal we went to Caye Caulker, an island near Belize City. Quite touristy but nice. We were lucky with the weather because the two days we went on a tour it didn't rain (and the other days it did). On our first snorkel tour we saw beautiful fishes from really small to quite big and all were colourfull. Also we saw stingrays and nurse sharks! Haha I was a little afraid but nothing happened! :-)
Our second tour was a flight over the incredible Blue Hole! It's hard to find words to describe this. First the flight itself was a adventure. 5 seater. Smallest plane we've been in.



Second the Blue Hole is amazing. Wow. Exciting!



The same day of the flight we went to San Ignacio, where we were strolling around and enjoyed the beautiful view. Two days later we left to Guatemala and here are we now!
